Good for cholesterol
I have been taking coconut oil for the past 15 years for my metabolism, skin, gut health, and heart health—particularly good cholesterol! I previously took it by the spoon, but switched to capsules in winter to avoid the mess of solidified oil. These capsules are much easier and more convenient.

Fantastic! I take one capsule three times a day and it has relieved my irritable bowel syndrome. My cholesterol remains normal. I won’t stop taking coconut oil as a healthy supplement; unlike margarine found in many store pastries, it doesn’t raise cholesterol levels.
